Kevin Young Project Manager


Kevin Young

Born and raised in Denver, Kevin attended Regis High School where he derived many of his team oriented concepts and goals that pertain to onsite business skills and practices. While playing sports year round he also worked his weekends and summers learning the trade. After moving away for college and playing baseball at Northeastern JC, Kevin later moved to Grand Junction and attended Mesa State College while studying business. He continued his career path in business while working in both commercial and residential construction and starting North Peak, Inc. in 2008. He is supported by his loving wife Leah and beautiful daughter Makinna who are the lime light of his life. At North Peak family comes first and we look forward to working for you and your family.

With our current reputation in custom building, North Peak, Inc. is at the cusp of great success with its newest development at The Peaks at Redlands Mesa. While working with a solid and committed team of officials, sub-contractors, and Real Estate Professionals, North Peak, Inc. has paved the road to becoming Grand Junction's top development and builder team. Kevin strives for perfection and does not sacrifice quality for time.

Nate Seitz

Nate started in the construction business as a trim carpenter apprentice after graduating high school in Portland, Oregon in 2004  As Nate's experience grew, he became a foreman for larger scale projects in the production millwork and commerical door industry.

Nate moved to Grand Junction and began working for North Peak Construciton in 2019 as a trim carpenter.  Nate's expertise and excellent work ethic have allowed him to be promoted to Project Manager.

Nate and his wife married in 2017 in mesa county.  They have two German Shepherds, Uri and Mia.

Micah Adams

Born and raised in Evergreen, CO, Micah moved to Grand Junction in 2010 to attend Colorado Mesa University where he graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management and an Associate's degree in Computer Aided Drafting & Design. After graduating, Micah worked for FCI Constructors for six years where he managed work on large scale commercial construction projects. Micah's passion for community development led him to work for the Grand Junction Economic Partnership where he worked with community leaders and real estate developers to prioritize and tackle community oriented projects. Outside of work, Micah volunteers on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity of Mesa County with a mission to provide quality affordable housing for the community. 
Micah and his wife Casey love to spend their time with family and friends playing sports and enjoying the outdoors.

Linda Wilson

Linda was born and raised in central California moving to Grand Junction in 1983 following her husbands job transfer to the VA Medical Center.  Linda has worked in administrative positions since graduating high school.  Before joining North Peak in 2019, Linda worked in the newspaper business for 25 years.  Embracing the change, North Peak has been a welcoming and Family oriented Company.  Linda has learned about construction practices while bringing her knowledge of adminstrative practices to a growing company.

Linda and her husband Gene have two sons and six grandchildren.  They enjoy all the outdoor acitivies Colorado has to offer spending their spare time hunting, fishing and hiking.
