North Peak Construction is preparing to begin construction on Ouray Riverwalk Affordable Rentals, a new multifamily development that will bring 13 affordable rental homes to Ouray, Colorado. Construction is anticipated to begin before the end of 2026.
Developed by Home Trust of Ouray County and designed by Tommy Tsunami Design, the project includes three buildings totaling approximately 12,030 square feet at 1507 Oak Street. The scope includes apartment construction, utilities, site improvements and landscaping.
