President

Kevin moved to Grand Junction and attended Mesa State College while studying business. He continued his career path in business while working in both commercial and residential construction and starting North Peak, Inc. in 2008. He is supported by his loving wife Leah and beautiful daughter Makinna who are the lime light of his life. At North Peak family comes first and we look forward to working for you and your family.

Linda Wilson

Executive Assistant

Linda was born and raised in central California moving to Grand Junction in 1983 following her husbands job transfer to the VA Medical Center. Linda has worked in administrative positions since graduating high school. Before joining North Peak in 2019, Linda worked in the newspaper business for 25 years. Embracing the change, North Peak has been a welcoming and Family oriented Company.

Jeremy Haptonstall

Jeremy Haptonstall

Director of Operations

Jeremy is a Colorado native who has worked in the construction industry for over 25 years. He began his career in Steamboat Springs, where he developed his building skills on high-end, turnkey custom homes before joining the Team at North Peak. Jeremy loves the outdoors and sports. Jeremy is supported by his wife, Jessica, and their two daughers.

Steve Jozefczyk

Business Development Manager

With more than a decade of experience in economic development and strategic partner success, Steve Jozefczyk brings a relationship-first approach to business development in the construction industry. His career has focused on building strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth initiatives, and supporting community-oriented projects that strengthen local economies. Outside of work, Steve enjoys recharging with his son while adventuring on the trails throughout the Grand Valley.

Bryce Johnson

Project Manager

Bryce is originally from the Salt Lake City area, where he worked in commercial construction and owned Mountain Made Vans. He brings 20 years of experience and knowledge with him, is eager to learn new things, and excited begin the next chapter in beautiful Western Colorado.

Dennis Tobin

Dennis Tobin

Director of Supervision

Dennis has worked in the construction industry for over 20 years. In that time, he is also pursuing a PhD in Construction Management from Arizona State University and has a BAS degree in Construction Management and Technology Integration from Colorado Mesa University. He brings with him a vast knowledge base and an eagerness to learn and innovate new processes.

Tyler Walton

Tyler Walton

Pre-Construction Manager

"Tyler is a Colorado native who was born and raised in the Grand Valley. Tyler attended Colorado Mesa University and was awarded a BS in Biological Science. After several years working with US Fish and Wildlife Services, Tyler made a career change into construction management and is eager to be a part of a growing team. When he’s not working, Tyler enjoys spending time with his wife and two children soaking up everything Western Colorado has to offer including hiking, camping, rafting and everything outdoors."

Levi Higgs

Pre-Construction Manager

With 23 years of experience in building operations and construction management from projects big and small, Levi Higgs is a seasoned Pre-Construction Manager known for delivering projects on time and within budget. Levi combines technical expertise with a keen eye for design, ensuring functional and aesthetically pleasing results. Passionate about streamlining project processes, Levi excels in coordinating teams and managing the complexities of pre-construction phases.

Ryan Lewis

Ryan Lewis

Construction Estimator

Ryan Lewis has over 16 years of experience in construction with 10 years of field experience and 6 years of architectural design and construction management experience. After serving as a microwave radio technician in the Marine Corps Ryan worked as a residential and commercial mechanical foreman before studying architectural design at Colorado Mesa University and Arizona State University with a focus on sustainable design. After working as an architectural designer Ryan moved into preconstruction management and specializes in estimating, risk management, communication, and collaboration.

Mike Holm

Mike Holm

Superintendent

Mike is originally from the San Jose Valley of California and brings with him over 25 years of construction knowledge specializing in commercial construction. Mike has been a valued part of the North Peak team since he joined us in 2022.

Earl Hicks

Earl Hicks

Superintendent

Earl and his wife Jeanne moved to the Grand Valley from Durango in 2022. Earl and Jeanne spend their spare time camping, hunting, and fishing. Earl has an extensive 35-year career as a respected figure in residential building from Durango, Colorado. With a passion for craftsmanship, Earl has earned recognition for his dedication to quality and client satisfaction.
