PROJECT COORDINATOR

We are looking for a passionate, high-energy individual who is excited about working as part of a team and  eager to contribute their professional experience to the Project Coordinator role.  

The primary responsibility of a Project Coordinator at North Peak construction is to assist project teams in the  planning and oversight of all phases of assigned construction projects including schedule, budget, and execution  to finish projects on time, on budget and with careful attention to quality control. 

This position works extensively with project managers and superintendents. Our ideal candidate will have  experience at various stages of construction and development including coordination, estimating, procurement,  safety training and permitting. 

Successful candidates have additional experience or background in administrative roles, architecture,  engineering, and safety disciplines.

Project Manager

PROJECT ESTIMATOR

We are looking for a passionate, high-energy individual who is excited about working as part of a team and  eager to contribute their professional experience to the Project Estimator role.

The primary responsibility of the Project Estimator is to review and analyze project plans and requirements during the pre-construction phase to estimate project budgets.

This position works extensively with project stakeholders, business teams, subcontractors and other internal/external partners to project anticipated budgets and planning.

Our ideal candidate will have previous estimating experience including risk assessment, as well as plan, scope and contract review.

Successful candidates have additional experience in administrative roles as well as construction, architecture, engineering, building regulations and safety disciplines.

CONSTRUCTION LABORER

We are looking for a passionate, high-energy individual who is excited about learning and working on construction projects.

We at North Peak Inc. are looking for qualified Laborers to assist the Project Superintendent in completing a variety of tasks, including but not limited to demolition, framing, and miscellaneous item installation.

Your job will entail working in diverse settings from new construction to remodel projects.

A laborer is an individual with great hand dexterity and an eye for detail. The ideal candidate will also have a good knowledge of reading blueprints. Working with little supervision to complete assigned tasks while following all health and safety standards is essential.

The goal is to contribute to the North Peak team and build strong and long-lasting relationships with coworkers and sub-contractors.

PROJECT MANAGER (CLOSED)

The primary responsibility of the Project Manager is to strategically plan and oversee all phases of assigned construction projects including pre-construction, scheduling, budget, and execution to finish projects on time, in budget and with careful attention to quality control.

This position will work extensively with project stakeholders, business teams, subcontractors, and other internal/external partners to define and execute new projects/programs throughout their lifecycle. Our ideal candidate will have experience at various stages of construction and development including due diligence, budgeting, estimating, contract management, people/subcontractor management, procurement, safety training and permitting.

Successful candidates have additional experience in construction management, architecture, engineering, and safety disciplines.

SUPERINTENDENT  (CLOSED)

The primary responsibility of the Superintendent is to oversee all on-site functions of assigned construction projects through active management of scheduling, budget, labor, materials and project adjustments to complete projects on time, in budget and with careful attention to quality control.
 
This position works extensively with project stakeholders, business teams, subcontractors and other internal/external partners to define and execute new projects/programs throughout their lifecycle. Our ideal candidate will have experience at various stages of construction and development including due diligence, budgeting, estimating, contract management, people/subcontractor management, procurement, safety training and permitting.
 
Successful candidates have additional experience in construction management, architecture, engineering and safety disciplines.
