PROJECT MANAGER

Oversee a project start to finish, working closely with the project owner, architect, and Project Superintendent to address concerns and obstacles as they arise, to ensure the project stays on schedule.

CONSTRUCTION LABORER

We at North Peak Inc. are looking for qualified Laborers to work with a Labor ForEman or Project Superintendent to complete a variety of tasks, including but not limited to demolition, framing, and miscellaneous item installation. Your job will entail working in diverse settings from new construction to remodel projects.

As a Project Estimator, your main responsibility will be to estimate the work of particular projects by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents. As a professional Estimator should be able to fulfill various duties and responsibilities. They should be able to work closely with team members to create accurate costs and track market trends while being able to meet a strict schedule and complete proposals from start to finish.
