Red Brick Center for the Arts Remodel

We are in the process of remodeling the Red Brick Center for the Arts in Aspen, Colorado.

Delta Sheriff's Department Remodel

Delta County contracted us to renovate the historic Library building into a new office space for the Sheriff’s department. This renovation includes about 10,000 square feet of interior space and the addition of a new parking lot. The project began in August 2023 and was finished in December 2023.

Pitkin County Senior Center Remodel

This interior remodel of about 1500 square feet, to improve the utilization of space for the Senior Center Staff, add a meeting space, and upgrade the coffee bar area.

Loma I-70 Westbound Port of Entry Scale House Remodel

 This project will consist of interior renovations and updates to the exterior, along with the replacement of the scale.

Colorado Forest Service Gunnison Field Office Remodel

This project renovated a 1,900 square foot residential property into a functional office space. The new space includes Offices, Conference room, Breakroom, all new window, and doors. There were also exterior improvements made like refinishing the siding, adding handicap parking area, and a wheelchair ramp to the main entrance.
