Downtown Main Street Play Plaza – Grand Junction, Colorado
A New Place to Play in the Heart of Downtown
North Peak Construction partnered with the City of Grand Junction and the Downtown Development Authority to transform the former splash pad area near 5th and Main Street into a welcoming destination for children and families. The project included a ship-themed play structure, a landscaped play mound with a slide, interactive sidewalk games, and seating and shade improvements that complement the character of downtown.
Opened on July 7, 2026, the completed plaza brings new energy to Main Street, giving residents and visitors another reason to gather, explore, and enjoy nearby shops and restaurants. North Peak is proud to help create community spaces that strengthen downtown Grand Junction and provide lasting value for the families who call it home.
Colorado Bureau of Investigation Office Expansion

Commercial Renovation
North Peak and its trade partners renovated the Colorado Bureau of Investigation’s Grand Junction facility, converting two conference rooms and an open workspace into six private offices and six open workstations. The project increased office capacity within the existing building and created a more functional layout to support CBI’s staff and daily operations.
